1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Roster Diagnostics website and platform (unitcounterpath.info), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Roster Diagnostics is a competitive strategy coaching platform designed for intermediate gamers seeking to improve ranked progression and tactical army composition analysis. Our service provides diagnostic guidance, counter-strategy design, annotated replay analysis, and problem-focused coaching to help players overcome specific competitive challenges such as weak unit matchups, terrain adaptation issues, and economy optimization.

We operate on a diagnostic-first methodology: players submit their competitive challenges, and our platform guides them through a structured analysis to identify root causes and deliver targeted composition and positioning recommendations supported by annotated replay evidence.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use Roster Diagnostics solely for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the platform. Prohibited behavior includes:

4. User-Submitted Content

When you submit replays, match data, tactical descriptions, or other content to Roster Diagnostics for diagnostic analysis, you retain ownership of that content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, analyze, annotate, and display your submitted content for the purpose of providing coaching feedback, creating educational case studies, and improving our diagnostic platform.

You warrant that any content you submit is your own, does not infringe third-party rights, and complies with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions.

We may feature your diagnostic case study (with or without identifying information, at our discretion) in our community content, educational materials, or published analyses to help other intermediate players facing similar challenges. 5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Roster Diagnostics platform—including diagnostic frameworks, decision trees, annotated replays, composition guides, tactical analyses, visual materials, and written coaching guidance—is the exclusive intellectual property of Roster Diagnostics or its content contributors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and download content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, or create derivative works based on our proprietary diagnostic methodologies or coaching materials without explicit written permission.

Any trademarks, logos, or brand names displayed on the platform are the property of Roster Diagnostics or their respective owners. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Warranty

Roster Diagnostics is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Competitive gaming outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond tactical composition, including player skill, opponent adaptation, map conditions, and real-time decision-making. Roster Diagnostics provides analytical guidance and tactical recommendations based on replay analysis and strategic principles, but we cannot guarantee results.

You acknowledge that using our platform and implementing our recommendations is entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roster Diagnostics and its owners, operators, coaches, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of rank, lost gaming time, lost winnings, or reputational harm.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Roster Diagnostics in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty euros (€50), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. To the extent such limitations are prohibited, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Termination of Access

Grounds for termination include violation of these terms, abusive conduct, submission of fraudulent data, or any activity we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Budapest, Hungary shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Roster Diagnostics.
